Looking for a beginner’s guide to dispensaries? If you’re new to cannabis or visiting a dispensary for the first time, we’ve got you covered.
Elevate Cannabis dispensaries are warm, welcoming and offer cannabis of the finest quality. We provide a wide range of cannabis and marijuana products, including flower, edibles, and concentrates.
You’ll also meet (incredibly kind) Budtenders of the highest caliber. We’re always happy to answer any questions you have when you arrive, but here is some helpful information that might make your shopping experience more enjoyable.
Want to discuss your cannabis preferences with a Budtender, but feel like you wouldn’t know where to start? Just let your Budtender know that you’re new to shopping in dispensaries, and they will guide you through the process—and help you find products you’ll love. And remember, there are no dumb questions.

Each Elevate location is set up a little differently, but you can expect to go through a similar process at any of our dispensaries.
When you enter the store, you’ll see the front desk. You will be greeted and asked for your valid state-issued ID and medical card (if applicable) to check in. These items will be held at the front desk until your purchase is complete.
You’ll be instructed to wait in the lobby until a Budtender is available. Your name will be called when it’s your turn. Your Budtender will guide you onto the sales floor.
Your Budtender will guide you through your options and help you find the products that suit your needs and preferences.
We accept cash, debit, and credit. Credit card purchases are subject to a transaction fee, so we have ATMs available at all store locations for your convenience. When you check out, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up for our Loyalty Program and your ID and Medical Card (if applicable) will be given back to you.
Good. We love talking about cannabis and our dispensaries. You can even feel free to contact us prior to your visit. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable—and part of that is providing an educational experience for all our customers.
Shop ahead of time with our online ordering system. Simply choose the location nearest you, browse our selection, place your order online, and enjoy the convenience of in-store pickup.
